I’ll never forget the look on her face.
Yes, of course we can hang the TV over the fireplace. It’ll look great.

But then came the small matter of wires...lots of wires...and she does not want to see wires and yet electric wires needed to go up there. No problem, we said - we'll run wires up from the basement to hide them in stud cavities. But this historic home is SOLID brick with plaster and lathe walls. Solution?

Remove the baseboards, create a channel through plaster and lathe walls and get wires into position while being completely invisible to the homeowner.

“Do you have paint for this room?” we asked.
“Yes.” she said, “...it was professionally painted three weeks ago.” 

“Great.” we said. “Once we cut the channel... hide and terminate the wires... connect the TV...reinstall the baseboards... patch and paint the walls...and hang the TV - you won’t see any wires.” No need to call an electrician or a carpenter or a painter because you have us! Eleven years later, I’ll still never forget her face. At first, apprehensive. I admit I was too. But then we came up with the solution, did the work, finished the job and she was thrilled.

At that point I knew ACES was going to be uniquely success!
