Not once has a client asked me to design and install something that isn't user friendly. I've always believed that a system that requires some advanced degree to control is a waste of your money, it is my highest priority to make your system easy to use every day. So go ahead, jump for joy and dance in the street because all your new tech will be super easy to use.
